Studio 120 is introducing a new outdoor session location for Spring 2026, designed to capture your family or little ones in a setting inspired by the timeless beauty of spring.
These sessions will be offered with various dates between March 18th – May 3rd, 2026
All sessions are scheduled during the last 75 minutes of daylight for the most beautiful golden evening light in Ramona, CA. Dates and booking available HERE.
There will be several sets and set variations available. Let's take a look....
This lavender garden area will host Easter, Spring and Motherhood Sessions.
For Sessions booked before April 4th, there will be subtle "Easter" accents as well as 3 DUCKLINGS!
If you prefer a holiday "neutral" set, just a spring vibe, you can book after April 4th - the Easter accents will be removed and replaced with more florals!
This location receives the most beautiful evening light, I love the curtains gathered together, but they can be opened up creating a dreamy, enclosed backdrop or moved to the side all together to show the beautiful landscape and light behind them!
This area offers multiple seating areas for snuggles and interactive play! This setup is designed to feel airy, organic, and beautifully understated — allowing genuine connection, laughter, and quiet moments to take center stage. It is best suited for children, siblings, mothers with their children, immediate families.
(Immediate family includes parents and their children only.)
For the best experience, these sessions photograph most comfortably with families of six or fewer members.
🫖 Tea Table / Garden Bistro Sessions
If you are looking for something more whimsical, this Tea Table set creates a charming storybook moment tucked into the garden landscape.
This intimate setup is designed for one or two subjects, making it perfect for siblings sharing a quiet tea moment, a mother and child, or a little one enjoying an imaginative tea party with a favorite teddy bear or bunny. This bistro set is kid-sized, so it's like mom has been invited to tea!
🐥 Little Red Truck Sessions
Alongside this garden is the perfect backdrop for my Little Red Truck, I pulled this out of retirement and gave it a fresh paint job! The truck is located where it will be for the sessions and AI helped me share my vision with you....it may not end up being the exact same as the AI photo, but it gives you a good idea....and YES, there will be 3 DUCKLINGS!
The Little Red Truck set is scaled specifically for toddlers and very young children, making it best suited for one child or two siblings.
This set photographs best for children under approximately 5 years old, as the truck is designed for smaller kids to safely sit and interact with the scene.
These sessions focus on children rather than full family portraits.

When are these sessions taking place?
These sessions will be offered with various dates between March 18th – May 3rd, 2026
All sessions are scheduled during the last 75 minutes of daylight for the most beautiful golden evening light in Ramona.
There are two session spots available each date. Sessions are 20 min in length but scheduled in 30 min increments to allow set modifications between sessions.
Sessions between March 18th – April 2nd :
-Live ducklings available
-Easter / Spring set available
-Little Red Truck sessions available
-Tea Party set available (although ducklings will not be used with this set)
Sessions between April 4th – May 3rd :
- Motherhood sessions available
-Tea Party sessions available
During these later dates:
-No ducklings
-No Little Red Truck sessions
Where are these sessions taking place?
Outdoor location in Ramona, CA
Exact location details will be provided after booking. (For travel estimate - you can google the distance to Mountain View Community Church - 1191 Meadowlark Way, Ramona, CA 92065) The session location is about a minute of travel from this location.
Please note many session dates are weekday evenings. Traveling up the hill during the work week may take extra planning, though a limited number of weekend sessions are available.
Weekend spots will fill quickly.

These sessions include several different set styles. Because each set is designed at a different scale, the ideal participants vary depending on the setup you choose.

These sessions focus on children rather than full family portraits.
Tea Table / Bistro Sessions
The Tea Table set features a small two-person bistro table, making it ideal for:
-Two siblings
- A mother with one young child
-One child interacting with a teddy bear or bunny stuffed prop
This set is designed for intimate, storybook-style portraits and works best with one or two subjects.

The overall palette for these sessions is soft, natural, and timeless.
Best colors:
-Soft neutrals (cream, ivory, beige, oatmeal)
-Light pastels (soft yellows, sage, dusty blue, lavender, soft pinks)
-Earth tones (tan, warm brown, soft olive)
-Light denim
Textures that photograph beautifully:

Style tips:
-Keep outfits simple and cohesive

🚫 What NOT to Wear
To maintain the timeless look of the set, please avoid:
-Neon colors
-Bright or overly saturated tones
-Busy patterns or large prints -
Logos or graphic text • Athletic wear or sporty sneakers
-Very dark or heavy black outfits • Shiny fabrics or sequins
Pro tip: If the clothing grabs attention before the people do, it’s probably not the best choice. Soft, natural, and timeless always photographs best.
How much does it cost and what is included?
Pricing and Packages:
For these unique sessions, I am offering several package options:
Package #1 $175 / 3 Digital Images
Package #2 $250 / 5 Digital Images
Package #3 $375 / 10 Digital Images
Package #4 $550 / Full Gallery (usually 30–40 digital images)
Images are selected from a proofing gallery after the session.
If you select packages #1-#3 you may purchase additional images a la carte for
$50 per image or 5/$225.
Price of $175 is required to book - This will place you in Package #1. After you book, you will fill out a planning form and contract I will send to you. The planning form will allow you to select a different package option and also communicate which set you are booking!
Things to Consider Before Booking:
-Edited images will be delivered via Dropbox.
-No physical product is included with this session.
-Only edited images will be delivered.
-Raw / unedited images are never provided or sold.
-These sessions are booked well in advance of the spring weather forecast. Sessions will take place in sun or cloud cover.However, sessions will be cancelled if there is rain or if temperatures are too cold for children.
If weather forces a cancellation we will do our best to reschedule. If no alternate dates are available, your payment can be refunded or applied to a future Studio 120 session within one year.
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds once a session is booked (other than due to weather or by the photographer.)
If a cancellation is necessary, please contact me and I will do my best to reschedule your session.
If a reschedule is not possible, your payment may be applied to a future Studio 120 session to be used within one year from booking date.
No Shows & Late Arrivals:
No-shows will forfeit their payment.
Please communicate if you cannot make your session so the slot may be offered to another client.
Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, so late arrivals may forfeit part or all of their session time.
Refunds are only available due to weather cancellation or an early end to seasonal blooms.
No refunds are given for missed sessions or no-shows.These sessions are intentionally limited and scheduled during the most magical light of spring.

What happens after I book?
After you book, you will receive an email from me within a few days of booking with the contract and planning form, again, these need to be completed prior to our session date.
Next, you will receive a confirmation email a few days before your session with the address and final session details as well as an invoice for the balance of the session (if upgrading from package 1).
