For this Classic Cake Smash Session, Mom shared her son's first birthday invitation during the planning process. The invitation featured a timeless Ralph Lauren nautical theme with soft blues, navy accents, teddy bears, and classic coastal charm. Using those details as our guide, we designed a custom set that captured the same elegant feel while creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop for his milestone portraits.

Created by Baby Bake, in Tijuana and Chula Vista, the cake beautifully tied the entire theme together. The sweet little teddy bear design coordinated perfectly with the Ralph Lauren-inspired décor and gave our birthday boy something fun to explore during the smash portion of the session.

Not only was it adorable, but it photographed beautifully and became one of the standout details of the entire setup.
