What do you get when you combine a super adorable little guy with a cookie monster cake?  My session with Vince!  Omgoodness, is he so cute or what!?  I always start with a neutral set (before the smash) with my One Year Cake Sessions to provide clients with a more classic portrait option to capture their milestone...and we could have stopped there...so many great smiles and expressions...BUT then we switched to the Sesame Street themed set with and adorable Cookie Monster cake from Eccentric International's Chefs in Santee and he got even more excited and expressive (in between bites of that cake!)

I get asked a lot about the design and planning process for cake smashes and who provides what....Once you book your session, we discuss ideas and reference photos you may have seen that inspired your ideas.  If you are planning a party in the same theme, you may have props/outfits you want to use and I work with you to incorporate whatever you have that you want to use....for this session, mom provided the outfit (she had it already for his party) but everything else was provided my me and the set was ready when mom arrived!  This was my Luxe Cake Smash session, but I also offer Classic Sessions as well that are a bit more simple in design! Check out my website or contact me for more information and if you want to book your own custom cake smash session!
