Well since I am back blogging, you may have just recently seen this little guy's mamma's maternity session!  Well it makes sense that a newborn session would soon follow and here it is!  Meet Maverick!  Is he not the cutest baby you have ever seen (besides your own of course :) ?

My Essentials Plus (am up) packages include family images.  In this case we had a big sister to include.  Newborn session with toddlers and little ones under 5 can be pretty challenging.  It can be hard to get them to cooperate or be gently enough with the baby to have them next to each other.  It is not unusual for me to do composites with siblings....meaning I take the photos of the baby and the siblings separately and put them together in photoshop.  Sometimes it's just not worth the risk of having a jumpy and unpredictable sibling next to a newborn and risk their safety.  Well none of that was the case here.  As you can see, big sister was the sweetest, most gentle, loving big sister ever so capturing these images was magical.

After the family portion, I spent some time with Maverick one on one!  He rocked the gray and blue tones (the most popular boy colors for 2019 by far btw!) and we even put him in my most requested and popular pose ever...the Starbucks and laptop set!

I just love working with this family...I have seen them for a number of sessions of the years.  It really is my greatest joy in doing this, the blessing and honor I have to be a part of these families memories!
