This sweet five-year-old session was truly something out of a storybook! Photographed in the golden fields of Ramona, California, this whimsical shoot captured a beautiful little cowgirl and a stunning chestnut horse adorned in florals. With two dreamy outfits and a backdrop of soft hills and wildflowers, the entire session was the perfect mix of elegance and Western charm.

For the first look, we brought out the fairytale vibes. She wore a tulle, sparkly white gown that sparkled in the soft sunlight beneath the trees.  Her birthday theme is Cowgirl/Rodeo with a sprinkle of disco - so the disco ball added a bit of fun to some portraits before we brought out the horse! Once we did, the pair looked like they stepped out of a dream—sharing quiet moments, soft glances, and lots of giggles in the field of yellow blooms.

We did a quick outfit change into classic pink cowgirl look—complete with a fringe top, white boots, and a tulle skirt. Our young star absolutely shined in her cowgirl hat, confidently standing beside this gentle horse who wore a floral wreath around its neck. The two shared the sweetest connection, and every frame radiated joy, confidence, and childhood wonder.
