I say it a lot, "What a difference a year makes!"  If you want to see proof, check out Samantha's ONE Year Session from one year ago!  Here she is now celebrating the big TWO!  I was super excited when mom contacted me wanting to set up a milestone session for her TWO year birthday (which I highly recommend by the way)! Here momma wanted a light and airy set up so I played with backlighting for the first time and I LOVE how these images turned out....Mom was just hoping to capture a few images of where she is at right now...but we didn't know what we were in for.

She really is a gorgeous little girl, stunning actually, a photographer's dream....if she would just sit still! :) Mom got quite the workout trying to keep her still....we were constantly looking for things for her to hold and engage her...it was my fault though, I showed her my fish tank and that was it....apparently she LOVES fish and she only wanted to go and see "Nemo"....Needless to say we managed to capture some gorgeous images, some of my favorite to date! 

After the session, she relaxed on my couch for a snack before the drive home and even checked out my Christmas decorations...I kept the camera clicking and I am glad I did, those last shots are some of my favorite!
