Cooper | One Year Session | San Diego Children's PhotographerSo. Stinkin'. Cute. Can you even stand it?....This kid melts your heart into a big puddle on the floor with just a glance of those blue eyes and those lashes?.....they go on for days....and don't get me started about when he smiles or giggles....I seriously fell in love with this kid during our session, I can't imagine being around his cuteness all day and all night! I first met Cooper and his family for his newborn session last year....when his momma contacted me about his One Year session, I was stoked but she was at a loss on what to do for a theme....it was big brother Brady to the rescue! Brady suggested TOOLS as the theme since Cooper's favorite toy is a ratchet! Great idea, big brother! I always like to start my cake smash sessions with some "non-themed" images so we stepped out to capture a few before we got messy and Cooper and those eyes and lashes didn't disappoint - some of my most favorite images I have every captured to date!!! We then went to our little Craftsman Tools set! Add some toy tools, a workbench, a tool box, some overalls, a perfectly themed cake (made by the amazing Sweet Life Cakery), and the most adorable kid and you have a set up for success....?....well....not so much.....Cooper LOVED the set, played with the toys, had so much, we got some GREAT giggles and smiles....but then, the cake....the reason we had all assembled! The beloved CAKE SMASH.....except....there was no smashing of the cake, there was barely a tasting of the cake...just tears....tired, tired tears....I guess we just wore out little Cooper, that or we can blame his shorted morning nap thanks to big brother :)....Regardless, we had a great session and as I said, captured some my most favorite images to date....and Cooper?...well he is just as cute when his is crying!!! I adore cake smash sessions so if you or someone you know has a little one turing ONE....it is never to early to book your session! Check out my website or contact me for more information!

Oh my gosh you have truly captured that little one - almost cried over the 1st three there's just something about the look of awe in a baby's eyes when they look up like that - of course I'm his Nana, so maybe just a teensy prejudiced, but I have to say he is absolutely a beautiful child, and boy oh boy did you ever capture him in all fazes - THANK YOU for an amazing job
