I've said it before and I'll say it again, I have THEEE cutest clients!  Here is sweet little Georgia (aka Gigi)!  I have had the honor of spending time with this amazing family over the past couple of years, meeting them first when they were pregnant with Gigi's big sister, we did both a maternity session and a newborn session for her as well!  The maternity session we scheduled for Gigi happened to work out with the timing and they doubled as Christmas cards!  Well played on the timing!  Her newborn session came shortly thereafter and she was just as sweet and cute them!  

Mom wanted a similar theme to her big sisters session which we had done as a beach session as well....BUT in July!!  So I was a bit worried...we have had a cooler winter here and the tides have been REALLY high!  We lucked out though (I LOVE San Diego:)) and ended up with a beautiful day and a beautiful spot out at Torrey Pines Beach!  There is a lot that can go wrong with a beach shoot, contending with sun, the sand (and a cake with frosting), the wind, and the wet, wet sands due to the high tides of winter!  Well, she was a trooper and is literally one of the happiest babies. OF. ALL. TIME!  I just adore her! 

She gave us smile after smile and although she did a good job getting frosting just about everywhere...you can't even see a dent in the cake because she ate it all from the backside!  Gotta love it!  By the way, this awesome cake was done by Sweet Life Cakery, she is incredible and pretty much does all my cakes!
