Well, I need to blog.  That is what it comes down to.  Social media doesn't give me the platform I need to share all the images and the stories behind the images...so here I go....trying to get back on track and even blogging past sessions that I missed! So check back often!

This family!  I just adore them!  I have been privileged to capture their growing family starting with big brother and his newborn session, his one year session, this little one's newborn session and now her ONE YEAR! They are just the sweetest family and so much fun!

When mom contacted me about Sydney's one year session, we started brainstorming!  She knew she wanted girly and fun! She then came up with the idea for the Great Gatsby!  It had been the inspiration/style for their wedding as well so it seemed a perfect fit to bring it full circle!

We did the Luxe Plus Cake Smash, so we started with some classic portraits before the cake smash and ended with a milk bath and they were all just picture perfect!  Mom even jumped in for some photos with her "mini"!  Aren't they adorable!?

The Great Gatsby set may be one of my favorites yet!  I had so much fun shopping for the props and I even make her outfit and headband to make sure it would fit the set perfectly!  The cake (totally allergy free!) was by the amazing Sweet Life Cakery!
