In my last post I commented about how much I love putting together sets for cake smashes!  Some sets are much more involved and elaborate BUT I absolutely LOVE the simplicity of this set and little Victoria could not have been more perfect and angelic!

I always start with a "non-smash" set to capture some classic portraits of your little on, mom had this dress she wanted to use so I pieced together a simple set to feature sweet Victoria and that beautiful dress!

For the cake smash, let me just say it may be one of my all time favorites!!!  We knew we wanted the white outfit she's wearing and a naked cake with purple florals so I suggested a lavender background and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!  I tend to shoot on very neutral backgrounds, but I am loving playing with colors!

The naked cake was from the amazing Sweet Life Cakery (if you need a cake, she's your gal!) And the floral cake topper and the floral halo were made by Sage and Wildflowers and I'm obsessed with them!  Kristina (from Sage and Wildflowers) is flower artist and puts together the most amazing arrangements for any occasion from showers and parties to full on weddings!  You need to check out her page and give her a follow!
