It is interesting to see how our paths go and where the Lord leads us.  Many of you that know me, know that I was a high school teacher.  For 20 years I was a classroom educator...the last ten of which I was also running my photography business on the side.  My life was getting pretty busy and I knew something needed to give.  I was turning down sessions because I just could't fit them in....Well, the Lord saw to it that I had to move forward with one or the other...and it ended up being photography!  The last year has been amazing as I have been able to pursue full time photography and even opened a studio location here in Ramona!  It has been amazing, BUT what I miss the most is my amazing students and the opportunity I had to see them everyday!  This one here I have known since she was in 8th grade and had her in every class I taught! She is a gem and I was honored when she asked me to photograph her for her senior year!  

Ironically, when I started my photography business - I ONLY photographed seniors (school connections) and then started families...it wasn't really until I had my own son that I really got a passion for newborns and that is what I have focused on the last five years! Now I almost exclusively shoot newborns and children with a few families and seniors here and there....but I sure do love shooting them!

Isn't she stunning!?  And I have to tell you, she is as sweet as she is beautiful and I am blessed to have been able to watch her grow into the young woman she is today!  Class of 2019, you are blessed to have her!  I can't wait to see what God has in store for her!
