Damien | Sitter Session | San Diego Children's Photographer{April 2019} If I had to choose an order for my favorite session types I would be hard pressed. It really does tie between newborn, cake smashes and sitter sessions! Unlike newborn and cake smash sessions, I don't do a lot of props for sitter sessions. Pure and simple, just focusing on capturing the baby! I usually shoot with my studio lights indoors but I do have some windows in my studio as well that can work for backlit images. We set up a bench along one of the windows for our first set up with Damien. I immediately became obsessed with them. I edited them in black and white because they lent themselves to this clean look, I even considered offering this set up as a mini session....let me know your thoughts on that! The remainder of the session we kept simple as well. No props, just baby! Sometimes less is more! Check out my website or contact me for more information of booking your own session!
