If I had to choose an order for my favorite session types I would be hard pressed.  It really does tie between newborn, cake smashes and sitter sessions!  Unlike newborn and cake smash sessions, I don't do a lot of props for sitter sessions. Pure and simple, just focusing on capturing the baby!  

I usually shoot with my studio lights indoors but I do have some windows in my studio as well that can work for backlit images.  We set up a bench along one of the windows for our first set up with Damien.  I immediately became obsessed with them.  I edited them in black and white because they lent themselves to this clean look, I even considered offering this set up as a mini session....let me know your thoughts on that!

The remainder of the session we kept simple as well.  No props, just baby!  Sometimes less is more!
